Miura Wedges|Forged Wedge Series – Black QPQ

The Miura Forged Wedge Series (Black QPQ) is a new, perfectly engineered wedge, melding the best of forged feel with two unique sole grinds, which will benefit all golfers in all turf conditions. These special grinds will become instant allies in the bags of golfers who take their short games seriously and find delight in the performance of great designs.

Features & Benefits:

• C GRIND
The C grind is the most versatile grind, favouring the player who is more neutral to shallow, tending to sweep or pick the ball off of the turf around the green. With the perfect amount of heel and toe relief, the player will benefit from the C grind’s sole, particularly on intricate shots, regardless of the lie or turf conditions.
• SUPERIOR CONTROL AND CONSISTENCY
This new generation of wedges showcases several advancements over previous models, including improvements in overall shape, centre of gravity, leading edge grind, and bounce. The heads are meticulously engineered to place mass in the optimal locations, ensuring superior contact and control. This design facilitates smoother turf interaction through impact, resulting in more consistent ball flight.
• VERSATILE PERFORMANCE
Despite their differences, the Y and C grind wedges can be seamlessly paired to complete your bag, offering you the flexibility to hit a variety of shots in diverse turf conditions. The wedges provide a marvellous feel, thanks to Miura’s proprietary 14-step manufacturing process. Utilising fine-grain, void-free soft carbon steel, the wedge heads deliver precise impact feel and feedback, crucial for a successful short game.
• PRECISION-FORGED WEDGES
The forging process, which does not lend itself to mass production, ensures each head achieves the desired +/- .5 gram weight tolerance. We stamp each wedge with the forged “Kanji” symbol, a Japanese character that translates to “striving” or “noble effort.” Yoshitaka Miura wanted to give the golfer a wedge, which not only instills confidence but also encourages a swing without hesitation. What you see, feel, and hear brings clarity to every shot.
